Permission Policy
INTEGRATING ACCs administrators
send permission-based emails
through the mailing list module.
You receive email from us
because your email address has
been identified as having
"opt-in" status (i.e. the owner
of your email address has
voluntarily shared that address
for the purpose of receiving
information.)
When a registered National
Contact Point (NCP) sends out
email to a list they have asked
to be loaded into the mailing
list, we require that the
members of the list have agreed
to receive emails from them.
Consequently, we ask those NCPs
to supply the source of their
customer data to us in the event
recipients or any ISP complain
to us about receiving
unsolicited email from us.
We encourage registered NCPs to
personalize their communication
with information that indicates
they have an existing
relationship with their
members/customers.
If NCPs use a list that has been
provided to them for the
purposes of emailing, they are
solely responsible for the
content of the correspondence
and any complaints.
The sending of unsolicited
commercial email is not
permitted using this system.
We use security measures to
protect against the loss, misuse
and alteration of data used by
our system.
If you wish to no longer receive
emails from the MCST please
unregister from the mailing list
and you will be removed
automatically from their mailing
list.
If you feel that you have
received unwanted, unsolicited
email from this system, please
forward a copy of this email
with your comments to info@mcst.org.mt
We take abuse very seriously and
will get back to you within 24
